Good, not exactly 40lbs but good
Overall it鈥檚 a kettlebell. But it came out at 39.2 instead of 40lbs, i calibrated the scale twice and moved it twice to confirm. It does the job though

Great for cardio and strength building! Great price!
Two words, four syllables, Kettlebell swings! Great way to get a full body cardio work out from home. Don鈥檛 take my word for it, do a little research, find the right weight for your needs, compare prices of what you can find, then come back here buy this kettlebell and give this workout a try.
